What to Expect in a Class
Begin with movement, move into stillness, and discover what lies beneath the surface. Tai Chi Gung offers a progressive journey of releasing tension, restoring balance, and awakening your energetic body.
Tai Chi Gung Yin Exercises
Warm-ups and Standing Exercises
In the first part of a Tai Chi Gung class, you experience balancing, centering, and letting go of the stale chi and old frequencies to the Earth. As these things happen, there is an increase of energy and light in your field.
The beginning Yin exercises help clear the accumulated stresses and energetic buildup of daily life. The aging process is influenced by the condition of your energy field. By clearing your field with the practice of Tai Chi Gung, you can slow down the aging process and achieve greater balance, vitality, and overall well-being.
Intermediate Yin Exercises
In the second part of class, the intermediate Yin exercises, there is a different purpose.
These exercises take the higher life force and drive it into the bone marrow.
What happens next is that the accumulation of stuff in the body that was affecting vitality comes to light. Examples include memories, trauma, past life influences, choices you made, or what you ate last month.
As you become more consistent in daily practice, the magic of the system unfolds for you through you.
Release Tension
Tension is Misplaced Gravity
So many people doing excessive Yang exercises feel so tight and are blocking the Chi. There is such tension after 20-30 years of being out of balance.
Tension is misplaced gravity. All Yang is a fight between gravitational pool of the Earth. Tai Chi Gung surrenders to gravity while Yang fights gravity.
Relaxation that Goes Beyond the Surface
When you begin practicing Tai Chi Gung, you start releasing surface tension. Within three years, you may release up to 30 percent of that tension. That is true forgiveness and mercy, and it is what our Tai Chi Gung system is designed to cultivate.
Five to ten years down the road, you begin releasing tension that reaches all the way to the bone marrow. You transform when your body becomes free of tension. How cool is that?
Cleaning the 4D Body
Your Light Body
Your light body is always your light body.
Most of the light that we know of is coming from 5D and beyond, primarily from your soul (Surat).
What often clouds that light is the condition of the 4D body. The Tai Chi Gung system has a tendency to psychically scrub the 4d body. As the 4D body becomes cleaner, your inner light can express itself more naturally.
The Path to Cleansing
Many people experience a noticeable energetic cleansing during their very first Tai Chi Gung session.
As your practice continues, the deeper layers gradually begin to release. The final layers often take the longest because deeply rooted emotional and energetic patterns require time and consistent practice.
Combining Tai Chi Gung with your daily Siddhanas—prayer, meditation, and contemplation—helps cleanse the 4D body and supports lasting inner transformation.
