Start Your Journey to Peace, Balance, and Transformation

The 3,300 year old practice of Tai Chi Gung teaches you how to move and breathe so that the life force flows effortlessly between you and Nature.

Tai Chi Gung teaches us to experience the human body as an electromagnetic biologic being, with frequencies and vibrations sent out and absorbed every day, which need balance and release to prevent the unwanted negative things from manifesting in our lives, and instead promote the very best we desire to become a reality. This concept is a key to health, wellness, and disease prevention. We are beautifully and wonderfully made, so much more than tissues and plumbing. By doing the Tai Chi Gung exercises, we are increasing our energy, clearing our energy fields, and beginning to balance and regenerate ourselves. There has never been a better time to pursue this journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Meet the Instructor

Brian Early

Brian has practiced Tai Chi Gung, Lao Tzu's art of regeneration, for more than six years and serves as a certified Tai Chi Gung instructor.

His passion for Eastern wisdom and yogic science lead him to Tai Chi Gung, where he continues to experience a profound transformation of mind, body, and spirit. After discovering the practice in his late 40s while working in a demanding consulting and sales career, Brian embraces its powerful impact on his well-being and is committed to sharing its powerful benefits with others.

Prior to committing to Tai Chi Gung, Brian was a dedicated Yogi for over eight years as a daily practitioner of traditional Ashtanga Yoga (accepted to train under Sharath Jois in India before his tragic death) learning conscious breathing, improving balance, learning the eight limbs of yoga, pranayama, meditation, energy centers and Nadis, learning the value of consistent Yoga and Tai Chi Gung practice. His heart-centered Yoga Journey was featured in Natural Awakenings in November of 2022. He has long been a seeker of Eastern practices and Yogic science, curious about deeper meanings.

Drawing on a professional background in communication, strategy, and coaching, Brian now focuses on helping others improve their health, energy, and quality of life through Tai Chi Gung. He serves as an advisory board member to the Circle of Chi.

He values the simplicity and accessibility of Lao Tzu's system, believing these ancient practices offer a practical path to greater vitality, inner balance, and a deeper connection to one's true self.
